Why become a MultiCare nurse?

We’re changing health care for the better.

MultiCare has a long history of innovation. Today we’re leading the way to more accessible, more affordable health care in our region. That’s something you can be proud of.

We invest in people, not profits.

Strong financial stewardship allows us to invest in new facilities, new programs and our employees. This year, we’ll invest more than $2.1 million in tuition assistance and continuing education. Now we’re pleased to announce a “$20K Loan Repay” program to help eligible RNs and nursing leaders reduce their school-related debt.

We’ll give you options.
As a MultiCare nurse, you can work full-time, part-time or on-call. You’ll also have the opportunity to train for a new specialty or to advance into management. Experienced nurses can also move into other areas like Clinical Education, Quality and Care Management.
